NO!! I am a 17 year old Virgin. And I'm actually closer to being 18(birthday in december). Its a good thing. You should really check out my last question. I asked something like this and got a few really good answers. I think out of twelve guys that answered, only one said they prefer experienced girls. That's less than 10%. A few actually said they wish they would have waited until they were more mature. And I think even one said that he would be glad to be someone's first and that it wasn't bad at all. That's especially true if your first time is w/a good guy who's already experienced. Don't panic. Unless its Panic! At The Disco. Haha..listening to that CD. But anyways. I'm a girl. I am good looking. I've got a good personality. And I'm smart enough to know that I dont' want to sleep w/anyone I know!!! (pretty much cause i know they all have STD's and I don't.) Anyways. Its nice to know I'm not the only one who freaked out about this. But you'll see that your virginity isn't something you should give to anyone just because you're already 17. Just breathe!!!!

NO...There is nothing wrong with being a virgin...I was 20 and still a virgin...However...you should never reject sleeping with someone....(as I have found out the hard way) I think I was like you...Saying "Oh my Gosh, I am 20 still a virgin, all my friends have done it...what's wrong with me" However...my friends all have boyfriends who love them...and weren't looking for a "one night stand" I was under the wrong inpression...and I was still a tad drunk...I still knew what I was doing...which is the sad part...I wish I could take it back...but I can't...Find someone who cares about you....and get to know them well..than sleep with them...if only you feel its right...and not because he wants to...
I was also told that guys tend not to sleep with virgins "one night stands" because of the whole attachment issue... but what do I know...LoL
That is my advice to you...do with it what you want...

Not at all. There's nothing abnormal about being a virgin at 17. Wait until you find someone you care about (and who cares about you). Otherwise, what's the hurry?

Besides, no one has to know you're a virgin unless you choose to tell them. Once you go to college, your background becomes as much as mystery as everyone elses!

Of course not. I am 19 and still a virgin and plan on staying that way until I marry! Age has nothing to do with it...it´s just a number.

No, you should be proud of yourself. Sex is meaningless unless you really love the person. Wait for the right person to come along. You'll regret it otherwise.

not in the least. That's a good thing. It's nice to see that there are still people out there with self-respect. :) Be proud of yourself

You should be recommended for this. I advised that you remain till the luckiest man finds you. There will be special respect for you. So, keep it up.
