Of course it is. It is also ignorant. Take the higher road. Continue to be cheerful, you are a light that should not be hidden. Pray for you supervisor and the co-worker. The work of the enemy is at hand so do not give in to the temptation to be offended and then react. Pray for yourself that you do not lose your charm or yourgentleness. They are good fruits of the spirit and welcomed by God. Lastly, pray for your husband and your mother that they will one day recognize your gift and be glad in it. Bless you.

Be assertive darling. Good people like you are hard to find!!!!!!!
Don't change but if that rude supervisor does that to you again, go in and speak to her about it and say it makes you feel uncomfortable. I bet you are a good employee.
If all else fails, youre better off not talking to her, you can perhaps bring it up anonymously in group meetings or talk to someone in a higher position about it. There should be a place that monitors worker's equality at your work. Talk to them.
Besides employers want happy workers and if you say she goes into another room to talk for an hr, she must not be doing her job!!!
Don't sit back, be assertive.

That was very rude of your supervisor! Just dont let it get to you! It sounds like you are a very nice person, which is hard to find these days, so just stay as sweet as you are. Being nice can be contagious, just as easy as rudeness. Hopefully, others will be nicer just because they are around you! Usually, I'm not a morning person myself. I'm fine if I'm left alone, or if people aren't too talkative, I eventually come around, but I'm not rude, just quiet.

It is very rude on your supervisor's part. Don't quit
being a nice person and don't let people like your
supervisor upset you.
