I know someone (honestly) whos case has been waived into court for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. He has priors and lives in PA. Guesstimates on his sentencing?

He's obviously someone society would benefit from not having on the street. I hope they sentence him to the statutory maximum

Need more info - what were his priors? how much cocaine? was a weapon invovled? was he on probation or parole? what did he plead?
posession w/ intent to deliver is serious, but a lot depends on those factors, the judge, and his lawyer. could be anywhere from 1 to 15 years.

i would say 1-3 years, depending on what the priors are for, how much history he has, how much cocaine was involved, and whether or not he is on parole or probation when this offense occured.
