is the room you are in at night very dry? If so your nose will get dryied out and cause the nose bleeds. Try adding a steamer to your room that will add some mositure to your room. You can also use normal saline sprays to help keep your nose moist.

Try putting some petroleum jelly on the inside of your nose. That should take care of the problem.
