no...if you have a sex change, you are legally able to change your sex on your DL....making you a FEMALE

Well, technically you can change body parts and the legal status of your sex... but you can never change the chromosomes that make you either male or female.

Interesting question. I'm sure that the religious will tell you it's a sin to have the surgery in the first place, and that you're still gay because you are still a man in denial of the way God made you and blah-blah-de-freakin-blah.

I personally however don't think it matters who you love as long as you are a good person that treats your partner well, so to me it's a moot point what label society gives you. Furthermore, I would not think it a sin were I religious to do with your body what makes you happy and does not harm others.

Any person who goes far enough to have sex change surgery obviously is a woman in every aspect. So why would she then be gay to have sex with a man?? Even if they didn't have a sex change and felt inside they were a woman it's not gay sex. Period.

No. Sex reassignment surgery is not a sex change - it's changing the physical to match the inner character. A transgender woman was a woman before her operation - only one in a male body. So it's not homosexuality - which is why transgenders are classified differently.

You ask the question in R&S so you might have had a different idea in mind, but the question is not really religious in nature.

yes because you cant change your sex, your sex is encoded at a choosing level. What is called a sex change is simply a castration and implanting a silicone sac in a male chest, not at all like a female breast. The bone structure and in participle the pelvis is male. Behavioral sexual differentiating is mostly cause by different levels of hormones in the fetus, it cant be changed by overdosing a male with female hormone.

In short he may be mutilated but he is a man
