I was horrified. All these mothers saying do it do it do it! I'm from England and live in Spain. We're all uncircumcised. I dont believe those reasons for doing it. sounds like people can't admit they've been doing something very very bad. stop it!

For some reason it's the norm here in the US. We are obsessed with cleanliness. I know the only reason to circumsize is that it's easier to keep that area clean but if you shower every day I don't see the need to circumsize. I also understand that a man can lose sensation in that area too. I don't understand why it's done either. If I ever have a son he will keep his turtle shell.

My guess is that as long as women are the ones giving birth we'll be the ones to decide and while a few men will make a little noise about it, not enough of you will actually get off your butts and actually do something about it. You really should consider it, however... it could be your equal rights movement.
Lots of women are contributing time and money to stop genital mutilation around the world. You guys need to put your money where your foreskins are!
The funny thing is that should you succeed in ending the circumcision of infants (though you'll have to figure out what to do about those who'll continue to do it for religious reasons), they will likely reach maturity and discover that most women still prefer circumcised men and they'll all be lining up to get snipped. *LOL*

No. Im a mother. My son is very thankful that his penis isn't hidden in his body. It's a religious and personal choice. Im from USA and it's customery here. If it's not where youre from, well then, it's not, but no need to say people are doing something very very bad. SMILE!! (u've got extra skin on ur penis so u should have a BIG smile!!)

I think that it is a pesonal or religous thing. I don't belive one way opr the other wether it is bad or not.
