If you are breeding dogs please stop.
If you just have a dog you can't take care of then contact the local rescue for that type of dog if it is a specific breed.
If its not a specific breed try petfinder.com or your local no-kill shelter.

I don't think that you can sell animals on Ebay. How do you know if it is going to a good home anyways? And that's probably why they don't do it in the first place.

Since you can't sell them on e-Bay, you might try using petfinder.com to place your ad, unless you're a breeder. Breeders are not allowed to place ads on petfinder.com.
