i need a list of different types of resistors, ICs, capacitors, diodes, WITH SPECIFICATIONS LIKE VOLTAGE, CURRENT & POWER RATING, which are commonly used in electronics engineering laboratory. for college purpose

I'm not sure specifically what you are asking for. Are you looking simply for a sheet that displays various components and identifies what they are? If so, try:

Do to www.digikey.com
Search for "resistor", "capacitor", and whatever your IC is
For cap and resistor you have to select different parameters, choose through hole for the package type
It then lists you all the available components for sale
Click on one of them and go to datasheet
