lets have it right, we all love sex, but nobody opens up about it do they? plus, why do so many people think that any sex act is disgusting

Some of my sexual acts are disgusting, but the dog doesn't seem to mind.
No, seriously, as a 40-something Brit, we have had a serious protestant-biaised view to life. We have been brought up in a society has thought of sex as "naughty" and not to be discussed in public. I think erotic and porn films and other media has helped to expose the issue and sorted the problem out for the younger generations to some extent.
But let's examine our society. We go out on a weekend and binge drink to we vomit and suffer with hangovers. How do you expect that we maintain healthy sex lives in this sort of environment? We sh*g nasty and quickly in order to pave the way for our alcoholic excesses and aggressive street ways.
Good sex is based on self-appreciation, taking your time, and focussing a large part of your life around the matter. We Brits prefer the pub, fights, and people-watching.
Look, even my dog is wagging her tail in agreement. [I'll soon sort her out, LOL]

Well hear this - I LOVE sex!!! Loads and loads and loads and loads. So there, at least I'M open about it! The dirtier and the more adventurous the better! ;o) The sex act is not disgusting, it's there to be enjoyed and explored, especially when you're a total nympho like myself, he he!

well,many people i think & from the generation im from.its a subject thats private [between 2 people] they probably act disgusted but there doing there thing under the sheets.

god you are not even allowed to see nipples on tv (apart from bush) in the us, so there is control there and from the religious right zealots.....sex is not taboo in the UK, we just approach it in a different manner.

I think maybe you are friends with the wrong people....me and my friends aren't prudish at all and discuss sex very openly.
