Any brand works for me - but I think Dove is very good (sorry I don't know any of the expensive chocolates)

Any chocolate that is made from high quality cacao beans, not the mass produced kind found at most grocery stores. Favorites include Michel Cluizel, Domori, Dolfin, and Slitti.

Slitti Dark with Pepperocino. It's an Italian brand. D'amori is another Italian brand that's equally as good.
