If you are an atheist, you cannot sin. Only the religious can sin. Sorry if I disapoint, I will try to give a stupider answer next time :)

Not a serious question, but I will answer it anyway. Being an atheist is a sin. When two people of the same sex have sex, they are homosexual and that is also a sin. Also, two people of the same sex CANNOT be married in the eyes of God, regardless of what any state law regulates. Whoops, strike 3 and your out, baby! Better do some heavy duty praying and repenting or it's gonna be awful hot in eternity.
