I need to grow in height.I am in my mid teens,but only 5'3" tall.

sleep more and exercise more

Growing and body formation is genetic. But you may still have time for a height spurt.

eat a well balanced diet n do some stretching exercises like playing basketball

oh i duno if ur too old but drink milk every day and get a lot of sleep. but when u sleep remember to lie straight. heard that if ur spine is straight when u sleep u grow more or smthn. worked for me (6ft) =D

nothing you can do hun. just eat right and stay healthy, and if you're meant to get any taller you will.

also, most guys think short girls are cute ;-)

I don't think its gonna happen for you - big heels and platform shoes are your only hope :-)

include ------- CYCLING , SKIPPING , JOGGING , HOPPING ,
---------- in your routine exercise . even stretch your body very often . eat food as usual .
