Streaks for sure.
What make are you using? I used SmartColour (or something like that) that pre-lightens and colours all in one, a month ago and it was supposed to be permanent but washed out in like a week and now I just have bloody "gingery blonde" streaks. So watch out!!

My hair used to be pink, then I had pink streaks in it. Go for the steaks it does look nice. Im looking for pink hair dye now to do my frindge but I live in a village so I have to go into town. Go for it, its different and that what we need in this world.

Streaks - do your own with Schwarzkopf Hot Pink - lasts for up to 10 washes and is great on blonde hair.
See - a positive post from me!

I'm voting for streaks - first, because it's less complicated to do right and part of the fun of pink hair (or any other neon color) is making people react to it, and the pink highlights just grab attention better.

I "do" my goatee once in awhile when I want to shock the Brummies. Go for it I say!!!
Best product for me has been Stargazer - Shocking Pink. Vegetal and hasn't hurt my hair or skin so far. Leave in for a good while for strength of pigment. I vote for the undersides.

i am very blonde and love pink so have had it a few times, the only problem is that is clashes with everything i wore, exept pink, so unless you want to wear pink 24 7 best not to do it if you do go for a semi and try both and see which one you like the best and go perminent with that

you should really consult your hairdresser as to whether this will suit your skin tone, red and pink fade very quickly so you need to be prepared to re-do this colour every couple of weeks, a company called fudge do some fabulous bright colour gels that last around ten washes(my hairdresser uses this to refresh me between colours) and maybe a cheaper option and a more tempory one if this is your first bright colour.

I used to colour my hair pink - way, way back in my teenage years! It was called Crayzee Colour I think - wow, that really takes me back! Thanks for the memory! Go for the underside - sounds great!

No step away from the dye kit, or your ankles are gonna get a nip.
