it's Irish Gaelic for "hello", literally meaning "God to you (singular)". The plural is "Dia daoibh" and you reply "Dia 's Muire duit/daoibh" (God and Mary to you).

It was probably not originally Indonesian, but in Ind. "dia" = he and "duit" is money.
It would then mean something like: He has a lot of money.
