okay.. theres this boy, and he asked me to be his girlfriend.. but i was playing hard to get.. i finally said yes.. but i travelled.. and when i came back he started avoiding me... should i kiss him to get back his attention?

Before you kiss him, try to find out why he's avoiding you. If he's no longer interested and you don't know why, chasing him would only push him away further. Even if he stays it may just be for the sex and companionship, and the underlying issue won't go away unless you address it. It may not go away even if you address it, but at least you know what the reason is. Unless he's also trying to play the hard to get game, which is quite stupid on his part. Women fall for guys who love them and shower them with attention, not guys who don't care for them. Women play this game because most men want women who are a little beyond their reach. They don't want someone who they think they can easily have, and worse, come after them. They will use you for their egos but that's it. If you really want him, wear a sexy dress, look at him as if he's the hottest thing on earth, and be really really sweet, but don't initiate the kiss.

It shouldn't be a kiss that needs to be given in order for you to get his attention back. Just talk to him, chances are that he was hurt because you said yes and then ended up leaving. His ego was hurt and he's taking it out on you by not talking to you.
Give it about a week, if things don't seem to get better try talking to him about it and apologize for the fact that you HAD to leave, after all, it wasn't your fault, right?
If that doesn't work, just forget about it. He'll have to get over it then, for sure.
