Hinduism is not a religion in the sense religion is understood as an organized faith like Judaism after Juda, Buddhism after Buddha, Christianity after Jesus Christ, Islam after Muhammad and Zoroastrianism after Zoroaster etc. etc. That way Judaism is the oldest in history. But older than that is Hinduism which is basically a way of life to live a purposeful human life in accordance with eternal principles of a changing society. The principles are Truth, love, non-violence and justice. There is no individual opinion on which the religion is organized.

Which ever is the oldest they are all bad. Every religion has caused pain, suffering, death and hate. . Without religion there wouldn't be wars.

If after reading this you feel the slightes bit of anger inside you I have proven my point. I am not religious in any way shape or form and guess what I never get angry about other peoples opinions or beliefs. Or call them liars.
Personally I feel all Religion is nothing more than a big business.
And the ones preaching it are the biggest scam artist in history . Religion is A billion dollar business that promises everlasting life but yet everyone still dies. I have never met a spirit to prove me wrong .
For you to call everyone liars about which is the oldest religion you must have some type of proof that they are wrong. So could you share your proof , not just because that is what you were taught to believe or something that you read but hard solid proof that can be seen by everyone. A liar is someone who intentionally tells an untruth. I am sure everyone who answered , answered what they truly believed to be the truth.

Hinduism all the way

Hinduism (Sanskrit Hindū Dharma—हिन्दू धर्म, also known as Sanātana Dharma सनातन धर्म, and Vaidika Dharma वैदिक धर्म) is a religion or philosophy that originated from the Indian subcontinent and nearby surrounding areas. The term Hinduism is heterogeneous, as Hinduism consists of several schools of thought. It encompasses many religious rituals that widely vary in practice, as well as many diverse sects and philosophies. Many Hindus, influenced by Advaita philosophy, venerate an array of deities, considering them manifestations of the one supreme monistic Cosmic Spirit, Brahman, while many others focus on a singular concept of Brahman (God), as in Vaishnavism, Saivism and Shaktism.[1]

Hinduism is the third largest religion in the world, with approximately 1 billion adherents (2005 figure), of whom approximately 890 million live in India.[2] It is also the oldest known religion in the world today. Unlike many other religions, Hinduism has no main founder.[3][4]. It also has no single holy book — It has many, with all of them believed to be pointing to the same ultimate truth. Its original scriptures were the four Vedas, but as time has passed, many other texts have also been embraced as scriptures.

hinduism is actually the oldest ever religion. no one knows but hinduism is the only ever religion. since ppl started making other religions, ppl in india had to give the name hinduism since ppl outside india started believing in other things. ppl say stuff about adam and eve and dinosaurs, but even b4 this time ppl existed in regions of asia. the ramayana explains it all. however since the sub-continent is not the richest part of the world and with some poverty ppl dont not have money to explore, and employ archealogists , but if they did they would find some very interesting info. just like nasa found the man made island near sri lanka, which was created before the dinosaurs.

I Need Love,

I believe that the oldest forms of what we call religion, revolve around the worship of Nature Spirits, and Ancestors. Our religions, have evolved along with our knowledge, and experience. I hope that soon, we will come to our senses, and realize that what we are seeking, cannot be found in religion at all. Religion, is like training wheels on a bicycle. It was allowed, in order to remind us, that there is indeed, Someone greater than ourselves, and that there is an order to life, whether we understand it or not. After many years of searching through the rubble of man's religions, I believe I have discovered the Truth of our existence, and the Point of all religion. Jesus, came to this world, to deliver a message to our race. It was simple, and elegant: "The Kingdom of God, is within you". When we come to God, as humble children, and invite Him into our lives, He sends His Spirit into us, and bonds with us. We literally become new creatures, part mortal, part Immortal. The old values of materilaism and fear, begin to die out in us. Love and Wisdom, become the foundation of all our choices. We have truly embarked on the Path of Eternity, and we will never be the same again. I know that it is true, because I have experienced it. Religion, has served it's purpose, but it's time is nearly over. If we are to survive our own ignorance and lack of knowledge, we must leave religion in our past, along with the training wheels from our bikes. There is simply no substitute for the Spiritual Rebirth. Without it, we shall not enter His Kingdom.

You do not want to know the truth and that is why you want to impose your answer on us by saying that "Hinduism is the oldest Religion".

Oldest doesn't means the best...

Furthermore, who gave the name to the relgion of Hinduism. Actually when Alexander was crossing the river Sindu he said the people living beyond this point are "Sindus" but name was esily misspelt "Hindus". So Hinduism is not a relgion it is a geographical tag to the people living beyond the river SIndu.

Swami Vivekananda said that Hindu is a misnomer, it should be actually "Vedantist" because Hindu follow Vedas.

Finally, you would be amazed to know as what the Vedas say about Islam... I promise if you check the video links below, you would be gobsmacked..... don't worry they are only 5 - 6 minuites in length..

Judaism, which Christ made defunct, with His fulfillment of the Law. Christianity (Catholicism) replaced Judaism.
It is unreasonable and illogical of you to ask a question, but reject all answers and call everyone "liars." You are obviously not interested in the Truth. Also, I gave the only true answer.
