Yahoo answers i have found to be most effective.
Office pranks are also good, try changing the keys on colleagues keyboards, cellotape over the ball in a mouse, itching powder down shirts. Should relieve the boredom for a few hours

=) funny you should mention that, ive been reading a lot of yahoo answers this last week and finding it most entertaining. I tend to chat to whoever i sit near.
Or if you got a half height partition, scrunch up a bit of paper and play tennis with it with your neighbor :) rules are, you must volly it (cos it dont bounce) and you can only use 1 hand.

Play pranks. play games. make silly bets on who's the first to yawn. Go on bored.com. Make loud ridiculous statements. start an office affair. see how many things you can break without trying to hard. make paper clip jewellery. Beats me still bored!!!

Well try to do more productive things. You can read a lot of articles about love and relationship, (if you have any) so in that way you can improve your love life.
