Try to fit in 20 leg squats a day. Then, in the even or early at night, jog around your neighborhood or even walk your dog. If you love your gals, call em up and ask if you can go swimming or biking together. Drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day and eat healthy fruits and vegatables. Remember to bring your water bottle along on those walks. :-) Good luck!

Stand on one leg. Swing the other leg back while clenching your butt. Do it a few times then repeat the other side. Also, while standing, clench butt a few times a day.

Or join a gym and do the step machine.

you need to diet too!

don't sit or lie all the time
they would only make your butt bigger
trying standing or walking
even if you're in office or you're in school or at home watching tv, get up once in a while and talk a short walk

Walk....walk a lot. Walk everywhere you can. And take a long walk every day at a brisk pace. This will help you lose weight generally, and it's great for trimming your midsection and butt.

well, try jogging n skipping, it helps a lot.u can also try yoga if u know or try this......lie down on the floor with ur back on the ground arms stretched on the sides raise ur hips upwards and bounce them without touching ur butts on the floor.if u feel the stretch then its working.even cardio helps.""""""AND IF U SIT ALOT...........DONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"""""""" sitting helps u to increase the size of ur butts. good lck

try to squeeze in 30 mins of cardio every other day (running, powr walking, etc). that will help you burn fat. then, the tone the muscles, do lunges and squats using weights. you have to combine these exercises...it's no good to tone the muscles without shedding the fat that covers them.

ya there r many excercises ,,,u can jump by putting one leg up and other...try to do """yoga aasaan""" its a name given to excercises done in india ....beleive me its works a lot .. now it spreading all over world ... AND VERY IMPORTANT DONT SIT A LOT ..IT HELPS TO INCREASE FATS ON BUTTS

diet and exercise yes but also the proper clothing to enhance your hiney will help. :)) QVC has some nice things for large butted women. :)))))
