Try Ostrich (how's that for a drum stick) marinaded in Red wine, honey and Balsamic vinegar, tossed in plain flour, flash fried with an onion and garlic and then casseroled in a slow cooker for 4 - 5 hours???
Alternatively, since you seem to enjoy Lamb, why not marinade this in: 1/2 Pt Orange Juice, 3 Tbls Soy Sauce, 3 Tbls Apricot Jam, 3 Tbls Honey, 2 tsps dried Rosemary 6 cloves of Garlic (crushed) overnight. When ready to cook - take out of marinade, place in oven tray and dry roast for 35 - 40 mins. Take out of oven, strain off excess fat, pour marinade over joint, return to oven and keep basting in marinade till cooked.

Beef marinated in red wine, grilled on the health grill and a nice portion of those big mushrooms that have been baked in the oven with a bit of butter, garlic and chilli, yum.
