step 1- insert the cd
step 2- open the cd drive(may be f: or d: or whatever it is named).
step 3- try to find out the exe file or a setup file with a computer icon
step 4- double click that icon.find ur entire screen turns blue
step 5- follow the steps in the wizard.
these generally include the custom installation or default installation,placing the icon in windows start button menu etc.
step 6- finally u will get a finish button.click that.
step 7- the installing process will began and the system will be showing u the percentage of completion of installation .
step 8 - at the end of the process u will find the program in the add or remove programs in the control panel. you will also find the program icon in the start menu and in the desktop(if u have enabled those while installing)(only for windows)

Step Nr 2:browse the CD/DVD for the software/game u wanna install

Download the installer (to your desktop) double click on the file (after virus checking it) and follow instructions. Usually installs to Program Files (default) and puts shortcut on desktop and in program menu. Good luck!

First open the .exe file or the Setup file and then Follow the Steps...as they give it...

if you are talking about CD/DVD you insert the CD/DVD and the setup will start automatically ,if the setup does not start open Windows explorer and browse the CD/DVD for the setup.
