Are you eating a healthy diet and getting plenty of water, dehydration and poor nutrition can be very damaging and make us very tired. Are you getting enough sleep our bodies really do need 8 hours of resting where we are lying in bed to restore and revitalise. If you are eating well and getting enough sleep it might be worth mentioning it to your GP and having a blood test because lack of iron, thyroid conditions etc can cause you to be tired all the time and are easily treatable. You can also try washing your eyes, put a tiny pea sized amount of baby shampoo, in a small bowl of warm not hot water, using cotton wool pads/balls to wipe a little of the solution over your shut eyes and then using a clean cotton pad/ball to wipe eyes with lukewarm or cold water, this was advice from an optician to someone I know, who told me and since I have been doing it my eyes don’t feel so tired all the time, it is best to do it night and morning if you have the time and when you think it does make sense we wash our bodies and our hair but rarely our eye lashes which can trap dirt and dust just like the rest of our body. I hope this helps

If you're tired from lack of sleep, you're stuck with vitamin supplements, caffeine, or some other chemical adjuster. Interestingly, though, often the feeling of tiredness may com from having dehydrated eyes (true!), and blinking about fifty times might help.
I suggest you don't try this if you happen to be driving ...

jogging or go for a brisk walk outside. It may take time to get yourself out the door, but afterwards you'll feel so good you'll be glad you did.
