You really can't do much to change your height. Eating right may help- especially calcium, because it builds strong bones- and keeps them healthy, but you can't take any miracle grow or anything! Your height depends on your parents height sometimes- but also- girls usually grow until Puberty, (alot) then a few inches afterward...so you still have hope.
And don't worry about your height for school- if people don't accept you for who you are- thats their problem,-don't worry about it! Some of the greatest women in the world were short!
Mother Theresa, Oprah, Fergie, theres loads!
Hope I helped.

At 14, I would not worry to much about your height yet. I did not really start growing until I was 17. You still have plenty of time to grow. Don't sweat it. It's better not to tamper with nature.

Eat healthy and stretch daily. Besides diet and exercise, we really don't have any control on the speed or amount of growth. Not safely anyway and unsafely- is seriously unsafe! You are at or near the age of growth spurts. So you may naturally experience rapid growth. Don't mistake this for some magic answer you may respond to. Talk to your doctor about this.

Although you can still grow tall til the age of 18, some other helpful benefits are:
Basketball,
Swimming,
Milk,
and yes, the infamous Chinese medicine.
Trust me, they work. Just know what to find and where to find. My cousin took the Chinese medicine and it worked for him. His family's height averages only 5'5" and he's now 5'11" which is pretty okay considering his genes. Good luck!

Sorry, but there is no way to grow taller. Just wait, you will get tall in time if you are genetically inclined to be tall.

Your body is still growin at 14 so you should drink a lot of milk and maybe calcium fortified ones. Take lots of cheeses too, anything rich in calcium to build and strengthen bones.

Yes, eat your vegetables. You will go through a number of growth spurts during your teens. You will get the maximum out of each growth spurt by eating a healthy diet and getting plenty of exercise.
