The first day of school is tomorrow..and im nervous..yeah my friends r gonna b there but i alwayz tell myself..dont b shy..dont b shy..but i end up that way...i going to the 8th grade and i want to make alot of friends but im a shy person..i really need help how to come over this

Just be yourself sweetie. Let people like you for who you are, not what you are trying to be. Shyness is sweet. Be yourself.

The normal salesman knows that they will get about 24 rejections to one accepted proposition. If you look at it that way, you will realize that you need to keep putting yourself out there if you are to separate the gold (friends) from the rest of the ore. Rejection comes with the territory and if you are good at shedding rejection, like water off a ducks back, then you can keep moving to find friends. Remember that rejections are just arbitrary... nothing wrong with you, just that persons preferences being expressed.

Be yourself, be nice to others, always remember to bring along a planner to write down your homework in as well as classes and room numbers. Oh and don't forget try not to fall asleep in class because I know how boring the first day is, all of the paperwork its just crazy!

8th grade to me was very hard but guess what i passed and you do need to study because the 9th grade is just a repeat of the 8th

Start with your friends, people you know, then ask that group of friends to invite someone else into your group, or to your table at lunch. You don't have to meet new friends by yourself, do it in a group, it is much easier.

Don't see yourself being shy,,and don't think about how you think you will be.. Only see yourself being confident, and talkative. Then go and do it. Negative Talk won't get you any where.
