If you were dating for 4 years I think that is crap.
But, then again I highly doubt there is anything you can do about it, except tell them you really care about her.
also telling them and MEANING it, that you won't be "doing" anything
will make them more secure. you are almost 18 it's understandable for them to have fears. You just have to reassure them that your intentions are pure, and if they arent then they deserve to have their fear, and they were right to try and break you up.
But I dont think you are that kinda person cause I don't know you
"PEACE"

That really isn't fair for her parents to force you two to break up, especially after such a long time. You should sit down with her and her parents and have a really long talk-- tell them how well the two of you get along and how much you really love eachother. I'm sure they'll see things your way, and if not, NO ONE can force love apart. Hope this helps you. Good luck!

Have you asked your gf why, there could be lots of reason!!! 1 maybe they want her to stand on her own 2 feet first, 2 Maybe your having sex with her and they don't agree. 3 If it did go on she is marrting too early in life to understand life, 4 do you have a job / career

if you both love each then dont let parents get in your way . .
your both young adults unable to achieve independence at such a young age. .
so be patient with your love life. .
This is just the 1st barrier to overcome between you and your gf. . .
good luck my fren
