You have to go to a solicitor with Human rights connections.
That is the only way you can get any claim from the Ministry of Defence

Your solicitor won't be that important, any competant one will do, barristers however are a different story if they choose to contest the issue.
Matrix chambers are a specialist Human rights set. The Government hates them. Cherie Blair works for them as well funnily enough.

i've got have been given a declare going that is been 3 yrs 3 diffrent solicitors once I telephone them leave messages with their sec's i in no way get a respond...its good i observed your question because of the fact f dat i'm no longer waiting 13 yrs i'm gonna bombard them with e-mails
