(Honest: U cannot fake a drug-test.

no but too much apsirin will thin out your blood but jus to be on the safe side when taking the urine sample take any nonprescription and prescription drug with you. this will ensure them u r not trying to hide anything but as for aspirin no it will not

Usually the doctor will ask you if you have taken in medicines before a drug screen. So with that being said, then apparently it does.
