This is kinda tricky because as it is structured, "clothes" sounds like a quantifiable object so that saying, "I have many clothes" would seem more appropriate, but that sounds kind of goofy. However, you can't really say, "I have 5 clothes", so despite how it sounds, "clothes" isn't really quantifiable. A better word to use would be "clothing" because it doesn't sound quantifiable, making it sound much more suitably matched with a non-quantifying word like, "much". Therefor, it would be best to say, "how much clothing".

How much clothes. This is because the rule is that if you can count the items you say how many, in general if you can not count ,you use how much. Of course you can count the clothes you have, but it would be difficult and maybe not exactly, socks, underwear, panties, bra, shirts, etc.

I say "how many" because "clothes" are countable. I use "how much" for uncountable nouns like "clothing."
