Usually about half an hour, since work keeps us pretty busy. On weekends, when we have more time, I like to go for a longer buildup, and spend an hour or two to really bring things to a boil.

It depends. If it's a quickie because I woke up late in the morning it is a quicky. If I make it home for my lunch break and we have better things to do than eat we be at it as long as my lunch break allows. If we have all night to do nothing else than nothing else will be done and we get down until the early light, though sometimes good sex carries you over your sleep.
Though when I haven't had sex in a while I have to work harder to keep up with keeping it up. So if that's behind your question to find out how to build up endurance whether for yourself or your partner, the answer is practice, practice, practice.

It depends on location and availabilty of time.
Sometimes it could be two hours other times it could be two minutes. It just depends.
