Outlook shows the dates in Bold - when you have an appointment or task on that day. I think you have some repeating appointments or tasks that run everyday. In Calendar view, select any bold date, look in Task pane for task information. Double click the task and then modify its settings - like repetition. That will solve your problem.

Do you have appointments on all those days? Outlook usually bolds the dates to show appointments. You might be able to change the display under Tools -> Options, but I'm not entirely sure, as Outlook sucks and I try to use it as little as possible.
