Do listen to the other person; treat them as you'd like to be treated, with respect and dignity. Do enjoy yourself! Do tell them how you feel about them, and do listen when they give you feedback--after all, part of the whole reason for dating is to get to know the other person.
Don't be afraid to communicate, communicate, communicate. Don't be stupid--always bring protection with you, whether male or female; you can't count on the other person to always be prepared, and it's too big a risk otherwise. Don't let yourself be pressured into anything you're not comfortable with.
And most of all--have fun in the process! :)

You should go out on a date and have FUN...dont be all nervous and shy and try to impress your date. Always BE YOURSELF...if the person who you on the dat with doesnt like who you are, then its better for the both of you!
If the chemistry is right, and the two of you get along really well, then abit of physical contact wont harm anybody (im talking about holding hands...hugging...maybe a kiss on the cheek or the lips(but NO tongue))
DONT EVER HAVE SEX on your first date...no matter HOW comfortable you eel with the person...
There are alot of people out there who act out of character just to get to the sex part of the date.
Its too dangerous in this day and age to be sleeping around with just any stranger! Not only do you have to worry about all the diseases that come with having sex, but there are also many "sick" people out there who do wierd **** in the bedroom (and may not take NO for an answer...and THAT is RAPE!!!)
Use your common sense, and if something about the person doesnt feel right...then straight out TALK to them aboout it...if talking about it upsets them or anything, then they obviously have something to hide!
But the most important thing is HAVE FUN!!!!

Do:
*be nice & polite- even if u r disapointed abt few things
Dont:
*if u feel he is soooo wow -dont show it or let him know that
*dont let him pay,better if u guys pay half half
*kiss....ect ect...sleep with him- he wont think abt u seriously
*talk 24h-it will scare him
*swear 2much- guys dont like it
*ask abt next meeting-he shud ask
*tell him abt ex's
*dont lie
*tell him abt yr whole problems- 2 early 4 that
