I've been dating my girlfriend for nearly 3 months now and I've fallen hard for her. It might seem like a really short time but we have both openly admitted to each other before that we had crushes on each other while we were dating other people for upwards of a year. She has also told me before that I was her "dream" guy, but this was around the time we started dating. I'm leaving for college soon, and although I will only be an hour away from home and will be home most weekends, I know this scares her, because she will still be in High School. I'm simply wondering if you think that me telling her how I really feel about her will make our relationship stronger or if it will scare her more. She has never been in a relationship longer than about 6 months, and I admit that I am scared that she might not respond the same to me. What do I do???

you think over things far too much..

Just follow your instincts without payig too much attention to possible damages afterwards.
That's the only way to keep her in your life

I would just tell her how I feel. She may not respond in the same way, but at least you will know and not worry about it all the time.

Tell her that you love her! Iam pretty sure she'll feel the same way! I think it'd make things better in the relationship if your open about your feelings! If my bf said he loved me...I'D BE SOOO HAPPY!!!

What about sending her a card that says what you would want to say- or creating your own card. That way it won't be face to face and she will have some time to respond (if the card is sent in the mail.)

Best wishes!

tell it... if you really mean it... don't be afraid.. just let her know what you really feel for her... i'm sure she'll be happy...

eventhough time is the foundation in a long lasting relationship... it doesn't matter for as long as you really do love her.. plus if she feels the same way...

just be honest with her...

good luck to you .. ^_^

invite her to a romantic restaurant with the light of candles and the sounds of piano playing along with violin....wow... it will be a great time to tell the " I love you" to her. Can she reject that? I guess not
