I know you use to be able to search people in your area that used yahoo messenger. Im wondering how to do this??? Thank you for any responses

What makes yahoo messenger the ideal tool? there are now many other tools available, online dating sites, and myspace, as well as social networking sites, give them all a go, if you are a chick it should be a problem, and you can get loads of guys chatting to you in no time, works every time, perhaps you want to do this the other way though and find a guy using your own criteria, i guess this is better than having hundereds of guys chatting, messeging and wanting to date you.

Go to Yahoo profile search here:
http://members.yahoo.com/
And fill it in to your liking. After that you'll get a list of people in your area, in Yahoo Personals. Those that are online through Yahoo Messenger will have a lit smiley in their profile.

Put out a search pattern, where are you, if you had mentioned that here, you may have gotten some response. Think outside of the box!

join yahoo's dating forum. you can choose guys from whatever area you want and whatever age you want. all results will show up for you.
