I have walk and run for half year. but doesn't lose any weight. I have walk on the morning for 15 min and run for 10 min and then walking for 15 mins. When I walk was as fast I can. especialy the legs an tummy.

Any form , if you do consistently, and you like is good. Usually aerobic excercise/ sport is better for your health. However this should be coupled with healthy diet choices. Because, sport makes you lose 300-500 calories per hour. If you do a cardio workout on a treadmill you will know how much consistent effort is required. And just one icecream/ or a latte with cream or a bagel with cream cheesse will equal this in just five minutes.
This is the reason I like to do work out in gym. It just gives a clear idea about how many calories i used within those 30-45 minutes.
So, do anything you like....any activity would help...coupled with diet awareness. Good luck.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

Your goal should be to work up to 30 minutes of aerobic exercises at least 3 to 5 times a week - but it's fine to start out by simply taking a few turns around the block. This may also help you to avoid becoming a TV, video game or Internet junkie (even though we are glad you're here with us).

To lose weight, you have to take in less calories than you use. If you haven't lost any weight at all on your current regiment, then you need to either cut back on the amount of food you are eating, increase your walking time and\or the pace at which you walk, or both of them.

doing any form of excersise can help to lose weight. try doing longer walks of about an hour long changing from walking to running every 5 minutes.
also try excercises at home in your free time such at sit ups, tummy clenches. make sure you also keep to a healthy diet as this will also help to lose wieght.

Run for at least 30 minutes. Did u sweat while running ?If not you are just talking a casual walk. No effect.

Swimming is also good and aerobic too

Fast sports like foot ball,boxing,hockey and similar ones for longer periods.
