He is all of that. He is God in the first place. He is God who took up the form of one of His own creation. Thus He was called Son of God and Son of Man. The Bible also says His is the Prophet, Priest and King. He is the promised Messiah, the Savior, the coming Judge, the Eternal King, the Beginning and the End. He was both God and man in Jesus at the same time.
I know there is an element of mystery in all these. But that is because we are finite humans created by the infinite God. The message or good news of the Bible is that God became man so that he could lift man up from his fallen state and elevate him to the position of God's children. This is ours for the asking.

He is God's word made flesh through being born of a virgin woman, Mary. Once He was born, God was now with us.
In the beginning was the word, and the word was God, and the word was with God.
There are 3 that bear record in heaven,
God the father
God the son, Jesus
God the holy spirit, which impregnated Mary.
Jesus was more than just a prophet, He was the Word of God.
Because Mary was his mother, and God was His father, and not Joseph, He was also the son of God.
In other words, God had created a way for Him to be amongst His own creation, by being born through His own creation. The Holy Spirit did not have sex with Mary, that's why she was a virgin when the Holy Spirit overshadowed her, and she was still a virgin when she had Jesus.
After Jesus was born, Mary did have sex with her husband Joseph, and had children the natural way.

Firstly, one must believe on the Holy Trinity - The oneness of The Three, God the Father, Son , And the Holy Spirit - As one and the Same God.
Being conceived by the Holy Spirit, Jesus is the Son of God, He mentioned in the bible that God the Father and Him are one. And that before Abraham He is there already means He is God. He is also the Son of God as mentioned in John 3:16 -" for God so Loved the World that He sent His only Son so that whoever believes in Him will never die and will have eternal life."
