I am exactly the same as you, i work out constantly but do find it hard to get rid of the little round belly bit. I also have problems with my arms!
The best thing I have found so far is Pilate's as it works every stomach muscle you have, and is also good for your legs.
If your gym does not have a class (mine only has yoga grrr) then try MTV Pilate's (has a purple cover) you can buy it on line and they have 4 people doing it - so you can watch the beginner, intermediate or expert.
It takes just over 30 mins and I do it 3 times a week and within 3 weeks I really started to notice the difference!

Try this Surya-Namaskara(Sun Salutation) which is a series of 12 poses which consists of 1 round. The series has about 6 poses and you can devote about 10-15 seconds for each pose, it works well for the tummy.
And the max you can do this is about 6 rounds......just the max though, you can start off with 1 round in the beginning

Does your gym offer a pilates class or a class done with an exercise ball? Those are amazing.
You can also downsize your belly if you do not drink soda, eat yogurt and probiotics instead of drinking milk and avoiding food like cabbage, broccoli, beans, etc

best is yoga so buy a yoga CD n do breathing exercises known as pranayam"".
go for swimming n keep increasing 10% inc in the timing daily.

trust me on this, I've tried it and it worked.
Don't eat anything for 2 or 3 days just supplements (Multivitamins etc...). and you will see a difference. I drank orange juice from time to time so I won't feel weak.

try sit-ups heh i'd do that 60-120 times a day PROMISE!!! then i stopped...now i play badminton and basketball but do it after eating or it won't have any effect

my hubby told me to do sit ups about a hundred, sounds hart and it is but it will harden your muscles, i am doing it and it works , i also do 40 min on my air walker.
