Nope but as with everything it's best to do everything in moderation, so too much superstition can lead to inhibition in the face of action which might lead you to failure. That sounds like bad luck but it's not. It only has the same outcome

I like to play poker and many people who play are superstitious. Some of them bring a goodluck piece to help them get good cards. That is okay. Some of them always play a set of cards that is dealt to them, no matter what the odds of winning are, because it was lucky for them once. That is being stupid. Don't let your superstitions overide what makes sense.

At the end of the day ; it is up to ones own individual belief & maybe traditions/culture/religion etc.
