ok lets start. iam a 16 yeard old gurl. i had many BIgG crushes on fanous celebrities and fOOtball players (soccer). the problem comes here............... i keep n comparing the guys around me and the guys who like me with those celebrities and i end up not liking any guy around me. i havent been into a love relationship until now. i m worried about this thing. am i going to spend my entire live just dreaming about celebrities?? or oneday i will find that right guy who can make me truely love him.

Remember that your life is what you make of it, and if you really want to date a celebrity and you have enough time and devotion to it, you will be able to get there, perhaps after turning yourself many different colors. You may then meet or have an encounter with a celebrity and then decide that celebrities are human and people after all, and then get used to normal people.
I think you would have to be quite a person to have a succesful relationship with a celebrity, so all the experience that you can gain by getting a guy and keeping him will be of use to you. I am sure you will find that as celebrities are in high demand, that only quick encounters is what you will find most common with celebrites.
Its good to be selective in life, but you are very young and there is a lot to learn and do in life.
I would suggest you target the successful people in life, perhaps before they are famous, these people are the future leaders and as your partner it is an exciting life you will experience.

I think its great that you arent satisfied with any love interest right now. Honestly dear, you're still 16 and you should talk advantage of this time to develope yourself as a person, cause anyone you date now you wont be interested in a year later...(we change so much with time)
And besides, if you want certain specific qualities in a man, DO NOT SETTLE! Thats the worst! Keep your expectations high, and in a few years, after you beat off the no-goods, a real stunner will come along.......thats life, do it right.

Hi Dona.I am also 16 and would like to tell you that this is the agve problem.I also was attracted to celebs mostly kate winslet in Titanic but soon a girl came to my life whom i think is much beautifull then her.that was the the last time i thinked about any celeb.It is the matter of time and there will soon come a guy who you will think is the most cool person you like because you would be going to love him and you are not attracted to him.it is the teenage girl be happy.bye.

You are not to blame, some soccer players are divine. Have you ever dated any soccer players? Not necessarily professional players. Maybe from the school team. If that doesn't work don't worry, the right guy will eventually come along. Good luck!

Guys mature more slowly than women, and at 16, they still don't measure up. The celebrities are older, more mature, and more developed, and their success makes them attractive. Don't worry; the boys around you will probably catch up in their mid-20s or so. They will eventually grow up and mature and develop their own talents, and then they'll start looking more desirable than the celebrities and sports stars.

well the problem lies in ur subcontus and ur head is filled will celebs and football players, what u need to do is try to avoid them for a while and just find the perfect guy for u.
