If this type of doubt has raised it's head in your 37yrs on the planet , then it's not okay!
You will have to face friends and family when you date this man . You will have to answer eternal questions about your age difference and so forth! Depending on your stature as a woman of caliber , you will have to defend or end the discussion before it gets started or otherwise succumb to the wills of other opinions!
I can't say what good for you because you don't say what you needed to say about you and how you stand on decisions in your life. You may be a wuss , who knows . Why set yourself and him up for a course in disappointment because you can't take a stand for what you believe in? Get someone who will not create a fuss , so that you can get on with your mundane existence..

Well, yes. If they love each other, age doesn't really matter. It's not an often thing, because women tend to find younger men immature, but if it's OK with them, it's their own business. They are both of age, it seems.

You know, women tend to live to an older age than men, so it sort of makes sense for an older woman to marry a younger man. In the long run.

I would say yeah no worries. I am 33 and have just split up from my boyfriend over six months ago he was nearly 12 years younger - it lasted 2 years and was good until near the end when the age difference became too apparent. However, all puppies need training - which was fun!!!!

No problem if you are happy together !

the only draw-back can be later in life

If the younger man, feels the need to recapture his youth
"with a bit on the side ".

this can be very hurtful to the older woman .

But it is not inevitable and love can overcome, old age .

Be Happy

;)

Oh stop!
For God's sake, no man would ask this question. No man would ever ask whether he had the right to date a younger woman. If you're so insecure and screwed up that you can't deal with it, walk now before somebody gets hurt.

As long as everybody involved is over 18, age shouldn't matter as long as they get along well. Sometimes, however, the age difference can create a generation / culture gap, so it can be more of a challenge to relate to someone who is from a different decade, but if you can overcome that challenge, go for it! All the more power to you!

Hey, if you're interested in a younger man, and he's interested in you, nothing wrong with that at all!

Get down with your cougar self!

He might just learn something, and he'll have the energy you need to teach him.
