It refers to a cloth that is wrinkle resistant, so that if you wash and dry it and immediately hang it up then there will be no wrinkles. Best wishes

I have no idea. Just like my dryer has "Wrinkle free" cycle but it seems as though it doesn't work, because they come out looking almost like they did when they went in except for being wet.

may mean the shirt is ironed flat and tat she is ready to leave the house in proper dressing

or mayb the person kip doin facial and the husband gets fed up x)
