Believers: If Jesus came back would you just follow him or would you also hear what he had to say? Would screams of "I told you so!" drown out his voice when he said "Love your enemy" or "It would be easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of Heaven"? Would you listen this time?

If all the Christians all of a sudden disappeared and the govt wanted to then put a chip in my forehead and I had to accept on pain of death, then you bet. And... if Jesus came back and had some proof as to who he was, then sure.
I don't have a problem with Jesus for the most part. I just don't believe he was God or that the Bible is truth. Jesus was an OK guy if he was as the Bible says he was...
But with either scenario, I would have a lot of questions that I hope he would answer... like "Why did you (being God) kill innocent kids?" And that would just be for starters.

There have been many people who have claimed to be Jesus, most of them end up in insane asylums. But, some are still wandering the streets. So, the answer is no, I would not follow someone who claimed to be Jesus.
But, the day that someone goes to a graveyard and begins (supernaturally) raising people from the dead, I will no longer be part of the atheist community.

In order to answer this question one must accept that the man Jesus Christ in the form that christians believe actually existed. Assuming that one must believe what is written in the holy bible to be fact. No absolute truth exists that this Jesus Christ existed. If by today's standards this so called son of God exists, and should return to earth his behaviours would probably be mistaken as someone who is deluded, or suffers from Schizophrena or bipolar disorder
He would immediately be sent to an institution to undergo treatment as a result of treatment he would not even be given an opportunity to prove his identity. Therefore as a practising spiritualist who does not believe in the tenets of any religion I must answer this question that I would not change my beliefs

Nope,
I would actually try to find somewhere safer to live because it would be chaos.
If there is a Jesus, and there ever was a "Second Comming"
then we are all screwed.
I dont think mankind can handle that kind of big event in this modern day. Alot of people are losing faith more and more... and their minds.
Besides, I love my religionand the path that I am on. It has helped me heal and grow so much, and I would never leave it.

You would not be able to do that. If you have heard of God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit many times before and witnessed miracles by yourself, on tv on radio like raising the dead, healing people of deadly diseases and still do not belive you have rejected Christ so you cant follow him.
When Jesus comes, he will only take his people to Heaven immediatley with him. If you were a beliver and died, you will rise to heaven... As in, in the air and you will be seen! The rest of the nonbelivers will be left on Earth and satan will rule...
You know the rest, You will be killed by satan and his demons if you say you love God, you wont be able to buy anything without the mark of the beast (666) on your forehead which shows you belong to him and at the end, satan, his demons and every single demon will be burnt forever and ever and ever... If you dont belive me read the book of Revelations, the last book in the bible.
As a beliving Christian, I'm asking you to give your life to him and you will enjoy life.
Because of Jesus, I've finally met my dad, My grandma has been healed of cancer and I go to a school that costs 9000 dollars per term! I have gotten the best in life because of him. Glory be to God!

Good question..... Jesus would be safer being a belief. Only if he came down from the heavens with angels.... you know the sky opening up.... gods voice...trumpets heralding....angels humming... otherwise .... every christian would crusify him again....and or put him in an asylum....
I would only stand side by side with Jesus as a sister and he as my brother on Judgement day.... There is no need to follow him.... just be the best person you can be... that is all.... peace

In his earthly ministry Jesus proved his existance How many belived him? Is he going to come i wonder! he was badly beaten if he is to come, we have nice shamboks he will face it!
It is good you have said following he. Even when he was on earth people followed him. But the question is how many believed. Following is not a problem we will follow him as we are beating him. For he likes being beaten that's why he comes to earth. Let him come again, we will beat.

No. Hypothetically if Jesus came back, I would not follow him. I don't agree with his message or the message of the Christian God. I dont think sex is evil for one. ANd I don't like people telling me what to think.
Also, just because you can prove he exists, still doesn't make him the answer to all your problems. That is impossible.

Are asking us to believe that Jesus exists, existed or is the "Son of God" as in the bible? If he is in this world today he exists no big deal. If you tell me believe he is the same who existed a couple of hundred years ago, todays must b really really old. guess too old to be alive :-)
If you mean he is the son of god. Well if his middle name happens to be God, he might be God's son. Why should that be a problem?
The only problem will if he decides to make me believe in something that he believes n i dont. N the problem will be for him ;-)

you recognize that's as ridiculous as saying, 'prepare the germ theory without utilizing a microscope or any clinical journals', acceptable? You ask us to prepare something and then get rid of the conventional source to finish that and if that problem replaced into no longer adequate you get rid of secondary elements as well. both you expand the pool of elements available to you, or you prepare that you're literally not really searching for an problem-free answer yet merely favor to provide Christians an no longer a probability question and then sense reliable about your self. No, at the initiating it truly is a reliable analogy because i did not ask you to prepare sickness, I requested you to prepare that germs reason sickness, there's a distinct huge difference. 2d, my faith isn't blind faith, it truly is in accordance with scripture and is used interior an similar experience as believe, an similar as in case you've been to say I even believe contained in the authorities or faith contained in the faculty device. it truly is a believe subsidized with the help of consistent action. in case you imagine faith ability blind wager, you've misunderstood the word. This consistency in which we are able to believe has been presented to us with the help of the scriptures. It lies on the Bible, no longer in. My faith lies in Christ and the revelation of him is in accordance with Scripture, there's a huge difference. No, that is also incorrect. Sorry you sense that way besides the undeniable fact that the Flying Spaghetti Monster has no longer something to reveal for itself at the same time as the info of scripture is there.
