Yep sure but too much experience (like 100 women) is not good either as the woman/man might not feel that it's special.

Sure there is, dude, it's called pure natural ability.
I'm 22, and I know I'm not all that experienced, but I'm experienced enough that I'm willing to put in the time and effort to ensure that my partner thoroughly enjoys herself, and I haven't gotten any complaints.
You're 40, but if you've been doing things wrong for the last 24 years, could mean I'm a better lover than you.
Experience is a means of practicing your talents, but if you're a talentless bum, then really, you're just beating a dead horse.

I think good sex really relies upon trust and communication.
If experience delivers these things to you then yes. Life experience rather than sexual is normally what teaches us to mature and learn how better to function in relationships.

It should apply to all aspects of life, not just sex. We should all be learning as we grow and have a more mature outlook on life, whatever the subject. However, if at 40, you are still fixated on sex, maybe you haven't matured as much as you should have.

I couldn't agree less,at 40,you are at your prime,what was once embarrassing to us in our 20's,we now find enticing and interesting.
