My menstrual cycle has been irregular due to baby loss earlier this year in march. but my last 2 cycles have been exact and they have been 33 day's, so going by that I was due my period 14 day's ago and I'm also sure that i ovulated around cd 17-18 but there's been no show as yet. I've done 4 test's and they have all been negative but I'm having symptom's of what I reckon is pregnancy. Do you think it would be possible that it's too early to detect the level of hcg or is it possible to have false negative result's? I've been having extreme fatigue, nausea and abdominal pain's almost like af is going to come at any moment but this has been going on for the past 2 week's now, any ideas? Thank's.

It's very possible the pregnancy test just isn't picking up the level of HCG yet. Mine didn't come back positive until I was about three-four weeks along. The only symptom I had was sore breasts.

Wait another weeks, and test again. If it still comes back negative, talk to your GYN. They can make an appointment with you and help you out. Good luck!

I'm afraid it sounds quite unlikely.

I had the exact same symptoms not long ago, my period was 3 weeks late, I had fatigue etc... and I felt as if i was about to get my period anyday, but it didn't come. I took 3 pregnancy tests, 2 over the counter ones, both negative, and one at the doctor's, which was also negative.

It was 3 weeks before I got my period, but it came.

You could be suffering stress if you are trying to concieve, which is what I believe happened to me.

Try another test in a week if you still don't get your period, as it could be low HCG levels, but it sounds unlikely if you are 2 weeks late already.

I hope it all goes Ok for you.

This could be stress, it could be your bodies reaction to a new diet (if that's changed), you may be pregnant or you may still have some lingering complications from the previous pregnancy. You should go for a check up and make sure there is nothing serious wrong or that you are definately not pregnant. If there are complications you don't want to leave it and risk permanant infertility. Don't rely on an over the counter test if that's what the 4 tests taken were. Good luck!

Hi this is the same as my situation only i am 10 days late and i have just come off prozac. You should be able to test as soon as your pregnancy is late. My mum had 3 negative test with me only a blood test told her when she was 4 months gone good luck.
