WELL , frankly speaking love actually talk about giving. The real love does not hide itself behind excuses rather it comes out proactively. Inspite of the situation mentioned i believe the situation should have been that the guy is so possesive and caring that after coming to know about this particular need of the gf he just should not stop himself , he should be there to express in his action that LOVE I CARE FOR YOU !!.
HOW EVER , I would see that you dont chasticise your bf if he really is busy and has explained his position.
otherwise if this is not the case then i would really say that the GUY IS NOT PASSIONATE !!!!!!!!!!!!!1

lets see, you insisted??? did you have the right to??? do you live together?? do you do his cooking and laundry? well you cant insist on anything if you dont share a life with him so forget it. if its really out of the way to do so, no its not something he should do, if its on the way home for him, sure why not, or is he going out with the boys for a beer? if they are more important, ditch the idiot.

I am willing to bet that if your girlfriend lost some weight you would be happy to pick her up.

Get her on an exercise program!

Its not an obligation and if you're not free to do so, she should understand.
