The reasons why he/she became a sinner are:

1- The way he/she has been brought up
2- His genes which affects his/her personality
3- The circumstances in which he/she has grown up
4- His/her past experiences

The theists may say he/she has free will. He/she should find the right way.
But why is he/she in such a disadvantageous situation than the ones who has has been brought up decently, has good genes, has grown up in decent conditions etc...
Will God take this into consideration when judging him/her? Does the holy books say something like that? Are sin, heaven, hell concepts irrational?

well no man in this world can blame the other as no one is perfect.
practise wat u preach and preach wat u practise.

and for sins, some sins are visible like for xample illicit sexual encounters, killing innocent people, bad mouthin som1s God and prophets.

and when someone commits sins like these then it a duty of elders to guide me.

eg. if i am a 14 yr old b*** naked running around in the house then it is the duty of my parents or gaurdian to prevent me from doing that.

the rest Allah knows best. im a ordinary, puny little human, wat can i say?

No living man should be labeled as sinner or saint. Everybody may make the change in his/her own life.
With loving treatment and proper education the criminal may repent; and with abandonment or hatred we may push any person to the abyss of loss.
As individuals we should show abundant love to everyone, and the social institutions are dutiful to provide proper (physical, intellectual and spiritual) education to all the citizens (this is more feasible with the advanced media of our time).
All men and women are noble children of God. If we realize this fact and treat each other as our real brothers and sisters, we can reasonably hope that this world will become a paradise.

Everybody is guilty of sin like lying, pride, arrogance, bad anger, etc... We are all born into sin it's our human nature, we can't help ourselves from not sinning. We keep on doing it even if we don't want to. Like it's hard to teach a child to behave, but they already know how to miss behave. That's why God gave his son to die in our place so that we might become righteous in his blood.

SIN started when eve ate the dam apple. Even how great we are, we all sin. No one is perfect except Jesus. But God gave us the wisdom to think and repent for our sins so that we can be with Him in Heaven. :)

if you're a catholic you can get ALL your sins renounced by simply confessing them to a priest. i, myself have undertaken many sinful tasks such as:

moving furniture around in a blind persons home, murder, theft in-fact, i have made it my mission to break all ten commandments, and i am still guaranteed a place next to god as i have repented every one. Catholicism...it's like a licence to print money...and all you got to do is confess....doesn't get much better than this.
