First, try a high protein (low carb) diet. I'd recommend the South Beach Diet.
Start walking....add in some Pilates exercise.
Drink LOTS of water to flush your body
Do NOT weigh yourself daily

i have recently lost 35 lbs in 7 months and let me tell you, the first 14 days, i lost 11 of these lbs, by simply and correctly implementing the South Beach Diet. I think if you combine working out (cardio and weight training) to this... it will be extremely difficult, BUT you will get some quick and amazing results.
