Did you experience this from the first time you're using computers? or is it just lately?
If it's just lately (means you don't usually have a headache before), maybe it's all because you've overusing your eyes to see the monitor, and your eyes can't take it anymore.
The solution: don't watch any multimedia (including TV) for minimum a week (perhaps going for a vacation to a green valley or something like that will be better), take more sleep (sleep early, not wake more late!), and your brain and eyes stamina will be restored. use your eyes effectively in your work if your work also involves using computer, and then immediately rest it. It's also advised to go to the doctor to check your eyes condition.
But if it's from the first time, it can be one of this four things, or even four of them:
1. the problem lies in your eyes. maybe you have a bad sight, minus or plus or even cylinder (or even a brain cancer!!!), but you don't realize it?
solution: go quickly to the doctor to find out!
2. the problem lies in the way you see the monitor: did your room is dark? or did you see the computer too close? I tried to keep the distance from my eye to computer at least half meter (or app 1.5 feets). And in most times, if I don't need to use it to watch anime or something that needs a standard brightness and contrast, I usually set its brightness and contrast to a darker level. It really helps to relieve my eye strain (and I even set it more darker if my eyes or brain are already tired when I'm began using my computer). Try to watch it from more far position. It will helps reduce eye strain. At the first time, it'll feel weird to watch monitor from a more farther distance, such as 2 meters (or 3 feets) or farther, but once you're accustomed to, you'll get the reward: a long life healthy eyes. also, an incorrect position in sitting, and an incorrect position of monitor against the eye also a problem. If the monitor is too lower or too higher than the eye position, it can cause eye strain. the most comfort position is placing the monitor in line with the eyes, or by placing the monitor a little lower than the eye, and then face the monitor a little up.
3. the problem lies in your stamina: did your brain or eyes are exhausted before you began using your computer? did you do some heavy thinking or watching endless movie? did you set the monitor too dark or too bright? did you never switch your eye focus to a distant object once in a while? watching green leaves of tree in distant, or wathing our dog runs back and forth (the most important is watching something that green, or moving) can helps relieve eye strain. Too bad I had just practice this after I began using glasses. :(
4. the problem lies in the monitor itself: did you set the refresh rate highly? From my study, I found out that the minimum optimal refresh rate is app 75 Hz. Anything less than that can be notated visibly flicker. And it's no good for the health of your eye. and if you can, try to use the LCD-type monitor.
hope that's helps. :)

They say..the radiation of the computer monitor causes this (just like when you watch too much TV). If you already feel the headache, try relaxing your eyes by looking at anything green ()it is proved to be refreshing to the eyes) and try not to spend a long time in front of computer. Hope this helps. God bless!

This could be because of the lighting arrangement around the computer!!! When you are at Computer desk the lighting arrangement is absolutely different from when you any where else. There should not be any shining / reflecting surface around and the surface of the table / desk on which computer is place should have matt finish (should not be glossy). Just observe the same and i think this will help you.
