when can you not get an abortion like how far along in pregnancy!! please let me know i need this help like what month/ week cant you get an abortion please help me

Los Angeles goes up to 24 weeks (6 months). Depending on the location: County, State, Country. Some states and countries banned abortion. Some only go up to 12th week. Some only 16th or 20th.

Look, she is asking about abortion which means she or someone else she might be asking for is pro choice. Stop shoving your beliefs down her throat!

If that was true, in the State of California alone, we wouldn't have over 25,000 children in the adoption and foster homes looking for families to take them in. No reason to keep adding to that number.

Or no reason to add to the number of growing single parent going on welfare or food stamps making tax paying dollars go towards that than other use's.

Please. As if sex is only for breeding purpose's. Even with the best protection, a women becomes pregnant. It always falls back on the women while the male gets away with it. The female is always the one slandered.

The general rule is the baby has to be aborted by the end of the third month, while it's still an embryo. After the end of the third month, it's considered a fetus, and therefore cannot be aborted.

And don't listen to the morons who are telling you not to have an abortion. It's YOUR right to choose what you do with that pregnancy, so do what's right for you, whatever that may be.

Judging by the other questions you've asked, you are far enough along to have had an ultrasound showing that you're having a baby girl. Please don't let anyone hurt your daughter! She is depending on you, her mommy, for love and protection. Don't let her down.

If someone is trying to pressure you into an abortion, please remember that NO ONE can force you to abort. It is illegal. If someone makes an abortion appointment for you and tries to drag you there, make a scene. Start kicking and screaming and yell, "Call the police." Do whatever it takes to protect your baby girl. Remember, YOU are the one who has to live with the consequences of abortion, not the person pressuring you to abort. You are also the one who is ultimately responsible for protecting your child.

It varies state by state, and by what form. If you choose the abortion pill, you can only use it until 8.5 weeks. For the procedure, most states only go until 12 weeks. If you contact Planned Parenthood, they will be able to provide you with your state's regulations.
Third trimester abortions are a disgusting abomination. The baby at that point could survive outside the womb. That is absolutely cruel. If you haven't made the decision MUCH before that point, you should just suck it up and deal with the last few months.

It depends on your state, but usually well into the second trimester (which is from 14-26 weeks) However, please do NOT consider it past the first trimester. It's more dangerous, more expensive and controversial.

What is with these "you will regret an abortion the rest of your life" people??? I've met tons of women who've had abortions, I'm sure they felt it was sad they had the abortion but they didn't regret it. However, I think regret is much more likely the farther along you are.

Its like 9-10 weeks...but I advise you to NOT get an abortion. There are other options (adoption or keeping the baby). If you have the abortion you are murdering a life. Please, thats one less life that isnt wasted. If you're afraid of how your parents will react go to a clinic like Planned Parenthood or go to www.plannedparenthood.org. Join a program or something. Hello. You cannot get an abortion when you hit the second trimester. Althou I really want you to take time and think about this. Cause the after affect can be very tramatic. So if this is for you or another friend please talk to someone or have them talk to someone cause this will be with you for the rest of your life so make sure this is the only option and good luck

Here in california you can have an abortion even in the third trimester. Go to planned parenthood if you are concerned, and if you need more information. their abortions are also very cheap, but safe, and discreet. Good luck!

Don't get an abortion in the first place. What are you thinking? That's murder, and worst, its your own flesh & blood.
If you do it, you will regret it for the rest of your life.
Face the consequences of your own actions, its not the end of the world if you continue your pregnancy. Accept the truth, go tell your parents, they will learn to accept it in due time.

It depends what state you are in. Because I have heard of women getting an abortion at six months. It just cost you a hell of alot more than if you were in your early stages.
