Whats wrong with my jaw? Its happened since I was young but progressively gotten worse, It never started hurting until recently, now my upper row of teeth kind of feel pressure when it happens, and I feel like my jaw is constantly tired, or that it doesn't sit properly.

I used to get the same thing, at one point it got so bad my jaw popped out of it's socket! But don't worry, it all turned out ok :0)

I went to my doctor and told her what was going on. According to her it's a really common problem and easily cured. The muscles on one or both sides of your jaw are weak and you need to do exercises to strengthen them. You should go to your doctor and see what they advise.

What probably happened was that your jaw muscle popped as it rolled over itself. Muscles expand and contract and it sounds like you are experiencing muscular soreness. Taking an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen should help.
