Drag the nails of both honestly one of your palms hostile to at least one yet another for 5 min. in straightforward words on a daily basis..you'll absolutely get the effect interior a million-2 months. be affected man or woman. yet another approach is droop your head downwards(ulta latko).. Dragging the nails really works. i have tried once and that i have been given unpredicted outcomes ! The hair which replaced into white became to black from its roots. it can be suited in case you're attempting both the strategies.

Yes it may be genetics. Is it just patchy spots?
If so, i have the same thing. Since I was about 13-14 I've had two spots that are grey/white. It's a genetic thing that i just have, it doesn't spread.
