It's a form of a compulsive, obsessive disorder.
You can try healing yourself by finding ways of replacing worry with something neutral. For example imagine those negative thoughts as a piece of paper ...form it into a paper ball then throw it far away imaginatively -as far as Pluto.
Or sing the ABC in your head....you can't worry if you are singing the ABC song- no way...or just start counting...do it every time you start worrying.
Or seek professional help, because it could be a chemical imbalance. It's like a vicious cycle...you worry- you sleep less-which causes a chemical imbalance in the brain...so your anxieties worsen...and you get even less sleep...you feel like you are going crazy. Find a strategy to beat this vicious cycle....look at it as an inner demon...just find a strategy...use your brain...the very same place all the worrying is happening, can also be your best asset to overcoming this phenomenon.

It could be anxiety or maybe paranoia if you worry about like ooo what if the government comes and gets me or somthing like that I have both of them aswell as depression and its killer I always have some kind of problem aswell I hate it um well just try to do something to get your mind off it(sleep works best I assume anything else wouldnt work by the sounds of it) maybe talk to your doctor about it but if your not having panic attacks(which in short is periodes of great nervousness where you can get dizzy and stuff) then you just might worry to much which I dont think theres anyway to help that really besides try your best to ignor it and if it is anxiety try once again doing something to get your mind off it and take deep breaths in the fashion of keeping your chest in one spot and your stomach moving up and down and I go to speacial things for anxiety so ya I kinda know a bit bout it XP anyways hope this helps you!

I worry a lot too.
I am just the way I am. I used to think it was bad, but I've learned to accept that I worry a little too much.
To be honest, I blame school. I've attended school practically nonstop since pre-school. Now that I have the chance to relax, it's kind of hard to. I used to worry about projects and papers everyday. Now that there's no more work to do, my world has crumbled. But that's okay. I'll grow out of this.
I hope.

you are a creative person, and a control freak. get a hobby that allows you to satisfy this creative energy, and you will probably lose the need to control. it's you, and nothing wrong with that. when you don't satisfy that creative part of you, you are looking at every part of life that you can do something about. i'm not trying to be mean or facetious, find a hobby that will take your mind off of more serious things that you have no real control over.

Maybe you should worry that now since you publish in the public that the government now knows that you are unfit and thus are on the red list and set for termination. Don't believe me? Fine, you will find out in a few months. Pray for life.

Do not be anxious ......from the Bible. Sounds like good advice. Leave the worrying to God....he can handle all that you can't. Otherwise, you may have a bit of OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder)....talk with your doctor and see what they think........
